What does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping within New Zealand. International shipping rates are displayed during checkout prior to paying for your order. All orders are sent via a tracked courier and will require a signature upon delivery.

What quality can I expect?
We run the latest 12 colour, state of the art giclee printers. These produce stunning archival reproductions that last a lifetime. Our framing is completed by master framers using only the finest materials available.
Do you have stock of all the Prints
Gallery Prints is a print on demand business. All our prints are only produced once they are ordered so no stock is held. Is shopping online safe?
Yes. Shopping at Galleryprints.co.nz is secure. We use DPS Payment Express as our payment provider. The transfer of the purchase details are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. It is important to us to provide you with the highest level of security and fraud protection. Your details will never be shared with any third parties and credit card details are not kept after a purchase has been made. How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards - Visa and Mastercard. All prices are in NZ Dollars. If you require a different method of payment i.e internet banking please contact us via email or phone. How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
Once your order has been placed and payment made it will usually take around 10 working days for your products to be despatched. Please note that framed prints may take around 14 working days to be despatched. If you have any special instructions or need to know further timings, please email or phone us. We will endeavour to deliver your goods to suit your timings. What is your refund and returns policy?
We are proud of the products we offer and ensure they are of the highest quality. If by chance you find any item to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate provided you contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. However, if you have changed your mind or want to cancel your order, refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.
